Carrera profesional:

Durante su carrera ha trabajado como agente, personal manager, promotor de conciertos, productor de cine, propietario de un sello discográfico independiente, merchandiser, music publisher, y CEO de una discográfica.

Ha sido manager de artistas como Christina Aguilera, Journey, los Eagles, Joe Walsh,Van Halen, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Steely Dan, Lindsey BuckinghamFleetwood Mac, y la actriz Chelsea Handler.

1983 – 1989, Director general de  MCA Records.

1989 – Warner Music Group donde Azoff fundó Giant Records (1990)

2004 – Fundó Front Line Management Group

2008 – TicketMaster compra Front Line Management Group, Azoff pasa a ser CEO de TicketMaster

2010 – TicketMaster y LiveNation se fusionan en LiveNation Entertainment, Azzof pasa a ser CEO de Ticketmaster y Director General Ejecutivo de Live Nation Entertainment

2012 – Azoff abandona Live Nation Entertainment. La revista Billboard  lo sitúa en el primer puesto de su lista Power 100 nombrándolo persona más influyente de la industria de la música.

2013 – Se alía con The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) y funda Azoff MSG Entertainment como Director General y Asesor de Salas de Conciertos

Personal manager representing recording artists such as Christina Aguilera, Journey, the Eagles, Joe Walsh,Van Halen, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Steely Dan, Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac, and entertainer Chelsea Handler.

1983 – 1989, Chairman of MCA Records.

1989 – Warner Music Group where Azoff started Giant Records (1990)

2004 – Founded Front Line Management Group

2008 – TicketMaster buys Front Line Management Group, Azoff becomes CEO of TicketMaster

2010 – TicketMaster and LiveNation merge into LiveNation Entertainment, Azzof becomes CEO of Ticketmaster Entertainment and Executive Chairman of Live Nation Entertainment

2012 – Azoff leaves Live Nation Entertainment. He topped Billboard Magazine’s Power 100 being named the powerful person in the music industry

2013 – Makes a venture with The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) and founds Azoff MSG Entertainment as CEO and Venue Consultant
